Webinar Contents
Rollout plans for AUTOSAR published recently by major stakeholders of the automotive industry underline the accepted importance of this new technology. AUTOSAR comes along with explicit concepts for data exchange between OEMs and ECU suppliers and relies on a rigorous standardization of software layers within ECUs. All together this leads to a specific workflow for both, the development of the application layer and the configuration and generation of the ECU’s basic software. The webinar will demonstrate this workflow using the SystemDesk architecture software and the TargetLink code generator from dSPACE as well as the basic software configuration editor EB tresos Studio from Elektrobit (EB). These tools perfectly interact with each other to solve the overall AUTOSAR development needs.

The webinar will include the following:
  • Introduction to the AUTOSAR standard
    • AUTOSAR methodology, roles and responsibilities
    • AUTOSAR description formats for systems and for application and basic software
  • AUTOSAR workflow demonstration
    • dSPACE SystemDesk: System and software development
    • dSPACE TargetLink: Behavior modeling and automatic code generation
    • EB tresos Studio and AutoCore: Basis software configuration and generation
