1. General
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This patch can only be installed on an existing ControlDesk 2.8 with
ControlDesk Failure Simulation 1.3 (from dSPACE Release 5.1).


2. Problems Fixed by This Patch
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mistakes with DS686 Hardware Type: FailureRail1 ignores any commands.

Only DS291 Hardware Type:
Resetting the hardware by automation (Python) is aborted with the
following error message: "pywintypes.com_error: Description: Timeout
for receiving message elapsed."


3. Installing the Patch
----------------------------------------------------------------------
To install the patch, you must be logged on with administrator rights.

Ensure that the active installation referenced by %DSPACE_ROOT%
contains ControlDesk 2.8 with ControlDesk Failure Simulation 1.3.
If you are unsure, start dSPACE Installation Manager and check whether
ControlDesk 2.8 appears in the list of installed products for the
active installation.

To install this patch, simply run FIU_13p2.exe. The setup will
automatically locate and patch the active dSPACE installation.
