Abstract: Over the past two decades, complexities in off-road machine equipment products and associated electronic control modules have increased tremendously. In the past, simple wave generators and manual on/off switches were sufficient to effectively test and simulate ECU signals.
As the complexities in machine electronics increases, test equipment complexities are also increasing. To effectively test electronic control modules, vehicle diagnostics and data bus architectures, model-based dSPACE’s hardware-in-the-loop simulators are utilized. This presentation is focused on how we are utilizing dSPACE HIL simulators for system integration testing.
